I can’t say how helpful Lana and the team at The Eye Gallery have been. Getting prescription sunglasses with customs tints should be tedious but my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Did I find my go-to store for all things glasses? Yes! Oh, did I mention I did this remotely? Shipping and plans for custom lenses was done expertly efficient. This store is really a gem among optical stores. It’s family owned and indepently operated. Not just another franchise optician that carries made in china luxottica products. This means that insurance companies don’t control their decisions and they can give you independent, solid advice and truly help you find a special frame that fits you properly, as well as aesthetically. The owner is often the one helping me out and I’ve seen the same people working here since 2018. They give you honest feedback and are incredibly patient when I’m browsing. I never feel rushed. Aditionally the selection they carry here is impressive. All independently owned eyewear brands with long lasting heritage, and frames that are built with the highest standard of quality, often hand made in Japan or France. The owners and employees genuinely care about what they do, how they do it, and the experience coming here reflects that. I have confidence that you will enjoy your visit, leave impressed, and feel satisfied coming here. Which is a rare experience while shopping nowadays.

I just got my early Mother’s Day gift , a designer sunglasses, and within 10 days I dropped them on a concrete floor. I was heart broken and was looking for a place to get it repaired. Went to some other place and they put black paint on such expansive sunglasses , please don’t do that and risk it getting more damaged. Then I decided to go to The Eye Gallery. I was amazed that they are very knowledgeable , professional, and they know exactly what they are doing. Alex fixed my damaged sunglasses in a blink of an eye ( not literally 😁, but it was that quick) . I was not even able to find where they got damaged before. I am so glad and happy. They have a friendly and humble staff , I loved that the manager/owner had such a positive vibe , like she does this work out of love. I will be going there again, since they have an amazing collection of eye wear. Would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you ! P.S: before and after pics attached .

I walked in thinking i would just look around, the staff was very helpful and took great care and a lot of time in to helping you find the perfect fit. I found the perfect frames, and their semi annual sale is AMAZING!They got my prescription on my frames within 15 min. They kept the store open a little later and you will never feel rushed. I hesitate to write a review about the Eye Gallery as it is going to sound staged, but trust me that this is an honest review. I went into the store looking for a pair of glasses and was instantly, pleasantly greeted by the staff…the same enthusiastic and concerned greeting that I received each time I visited. Not being exactly a fashionable person, I was a little intimidated by all of the designer frames they stock, but they quickly made me feel at home and helped me pick out a pair of frames…no judgements, no attitude, just help. Moreover, I have an odd astigmatism in my left eye that required them to make and remake the lenses several times…they did not complain or hesitate. In fact, they insisted on everything being perfect and the owner even consulted an optometrist colleague to discuss the technical issues of my astigmatism. They diagnosed the problem and the glasses are perfect. I was so impressed by their customer service that I purchased sunglasses as well. It is nice to know that this level of customer service still exists. I can’t say enough good things about the store, the staff or the owner. This is the first review I have ever written, but considering their customer service and genuine concern, they deserve it.
